Refund policy

RETURNS

Orders cancelled within 3 days of purchase will receive a full refund.

If you wish to cancel please email us (info@pawcoutureboutique.co.uk) please include your order number/product so that we can identify the order.

we are happy to refund or exchange, within 30 days (less the cost of shipping) on any  purchase however, we ask that all returns are unused and resalable. Please use the return address found on your parcel. 

We recommend sending any returns via a recorded postage method. Paw couture boutique cannot be held liable for returned items lost in transit. 

Faulty items may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and return the item in the original packaging.

Products must be unused and returned within 14 days. You will be responsible for paying postage on returns. Refunds will be processed by the same method as purchased.
